FOR SELECTION OF RESEARCHER POSITIONS R1, R2, R3, AND R4 FOR THE PROJECT TEAM OF BG16RFPR002-1.014-0005, COMPETENCE CENTER "SMART MECHATRONIC, ECO-, AND ENERGY-SAVING SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES", FUNDED BY THE PROGRAM "RESEARCH, INNOVATION, AND DIGITALIZATION FOR INTELLIGENT TRANSFORMATION" 2021-2027
The Competence Center "Smart Mechatronic, Eco-, and Energy-Saving Systems and Technologies" announces a selection procedure for a research team to implement project BG16RFPR002-1.014-0005 in the following laboratories:
Laboratory C1.1 – "Energy-saving technologies for extending the lifecycle and enhancing operational safety";
Laboratory C1.2 – "Intelligent systems for designing and manufacturing high-tech products and equipment";
Laboratory C1.3 – "Additive and energy-saving technologies and equipment";
Laboratory C1.4 – "Intelligent technologies based on high-energy flows";
Laboratory C2.1 – "Development and study of intelligent mechatronic systems for measuring static and dynamic quantities";
Laboratory C2.2 – "Development and research of intelligent systems for studying the structure and properties of materials";
Laboratory C2.3 – "Investigation of underwater noises, signals, and vibrations of marine vessels and structures";
Laboratory C3.1 – "Sensors and sensor systems";
Laboratory C3.2 – "Microelectronic and microprocessor devices and systems";
Laboratory C4.1 – "Data processing in intelligent transportation systems";

Laboratory C8.1 – "Automotive mechatronic systems";
Laboratory C8.2 – "Integrated systems for design and manufacturing in the automotive industry";
Laboratory C8.3 – "Autonomous aerial vehicles";
Laboratory C8.4 – "Optical and laser technologies in the automotive industry";
Laboratory C8.5 – "Industrial nanotechnologies".
Positions for which candidates can apply:
Researcher R4 – Leading researchers, habilitated scientists with an h-index (h) greater than 5, and at least 10 publications in the last 5 years in refereed and indexed scientific journals included in databases such as SCOPUS, WoS, Harzing’s Publish or Perish (Google Scholar);
Researcher R3 – A researcher who has defended a Ph.D. and has developed a certain level of independence in conducting scientific research, habilitated scientist;
Researcher R2 – A researcher who has defended a Ph.D. but is not yet fully independent in their work, non-habilitated individual;
Researcher R1 – A researcher pursuing a doctoral dissertation, holding a Master's degree (Educational and Qualification Degree "Master").
All candidates must possess qualifications in the scientific field of "Technical Sciences" or "Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Informatics."

After the submission deadline, a Commission, appointed by the Project Manager, will review the submitted documents and rank the candidates.
All candidates will be notified in writing via email about the results of the selection process.
